Our Process
Initial Meeting
After your initial phone call with us, we will set up a time to meet to take a look at your project and give an initial rough cost analysis. If this works with your budget (and we like to talk money early) then we can move into the next phase.
Project Development
We enter an agreement to develop your project. This is a paid scope where we will bring in architects and design if needed to bring your project details to a set scope and to determine the cost of your project. At the end of this process, you will receive a detailed written proposal.
Contract Agreement
Once you decide to move forward, you’ll sign the proposal and submit the required deposit. We then put you on the schedule and connect you to your personal website, where you can interact with your job- from viewing the schedule to making payments and receiving daily updates.
